All services offered on this platform are spiritual and religious in nature, based on the principles of Sanatana Dharma, Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) and traditional scriptural practices.

We are not responsible for incorrect predictions or remedies resulting from inaccurate information.
All Mantra Japas, Pujas and Yajnas are performed according to the traditions and procedures followed by our associated priests.
Minor procedural variations may occur according to regional traditions, Vedic shakhas, or the individual priest's lineage, without affecting the sanctity of the ritual.
The selection, number and assignment of priests shall be determined solely by our organisation based upon ritual requirements and priest availability.
Clients cannot demand a specific priest unless such an arrangement has been expressly agreed upon in advance.
Where possible, photographs or videos of the ritual may be shared. However, due to temple regulations, religious customs, technical issues or other unavoidable circumstances, photographs or videos may not always be available.
The absence of photographs or videos shall not invalidate the completion of the ritual.
Once the Sankalpa has been taken or the ritual has commenced, cancellations and refunds are generally not possible.
Any refund request must be made at least three days before the scheduled commencement of the ritual. Refunds, if approved, will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, depending on the circumstances.
We shall not be liable for delays or postponement of rituals due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Our total liability arising from any booking shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that particular service.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, business or financial loss arising from the use of our services.
Clients agree to maintain respect for all priests, rituals, deities and religious practices.
Any misuse of ritual recordings, defamatory statements, abusive behaviour, or deliberate attempts to disrupt the performance of religious services may result in refusal of future services.
